Lead PR through strategic communication and storytelling efforts that drive donor support, inspire the community, and share lives transformed through Christ.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Plans and oversee that they align with organizational goals and message.
- Create and maintain relationships with community organizations and business leaders.
- Oversee all digital platforms and analytics.
- Serve as member of organization's leadership team while attending Chamber of Commerce and community events.
- Support fundraising efforts by collaborating with the development team on campaigns, donor communications, events, and marketing materials.
- Manage market vendors and volunteers, oversee marketing budgets, track industry trends for best practices in Christian and non-profit communications, and assist with informative tours.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or 3-5 years experience in marketing or public relations.
- Must be willing to sign organization's statement of faith, marriage and sexuality.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a non-profit or ministry.
