Aventure Staffing is searching for an energetic Medical Client Relations Manager to join our team in Sioux City, IA. If you are driven, and have experience in building and maintaining quality business relationships – we would love to talk with you! This position will be based out of Sioux City, IA.
This is a sales position responsible for identifying and securing new clients that need help finding quality employees and providing exceptional service after the sale. This position will be trained and supported by tenured staffing professionals and is a vital part of the team. The position will also be cross-trained in recruiting and other day-to-day staffing functions in order to effectively support the role.
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Manager:
- Identify, qualify and close partnerships with medical facilities who are seeking employees.
- Document sales activity in company software and gather thorough order information to successfully recruit employees.
- Work closely with the Scheduling Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling medical staff.
Requirements of the Client Relations Manager:
- Self-motivated to deliver high quality results and also work well within a team.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Internet, and Email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication that projects professionalism and competence.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or) equivalent related experience. A minimum 2 years of sales or management experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license that meets insurance requirements.
