Position Overview
We are currently in search of a dedicated and meticulous Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily manufacturing operations by effectively operating equipment, adhering to production schedules, and upholding product quality standards. This position thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where safety and productivity are of utmost importance.
Main Responsibilities
- Adhere to daily production schedules and achieve performance targets
- Safely and efficiently operate machinery and technical equipment
- Ensure that products meet specified quality standards
- Execute routine production tasks and inspection procedures
- Interpret and comprehend production drawings and blueprints
- Promote waste reduction and prevent rework through meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized work environment
- Promptly report any safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or defects
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with all company regulations, protocols, and safety guidelines
- Adhere to assigned shifts and uphold a consistent attendance record
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Aptitude for executing repetitive tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities
- Capacity to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Basic proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Reliable with a proven track record of consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings
Work Environment
This position is located within a manufacturing plant environment, where employees may be exposed to:
- Fluctuating temperatures
- Noise and dust particles
- Moving machinery and equipment

- $18.00 - 19.00 per hour
