Night Crew

Su, M, W, Th 7:30pm-6am

$14.50/Hr

We are searching for a night owl to assist with various labor positions in hatchery operations. Night crew is responsible for transfer and processing of eggs, transfer of baby chicks, sanitation and other duties engaged in hatchery operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incubators and hatchers for correct temperature, humidity, and ventilation levels
  • Prepare and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas before and after use
  • Assist in processing newly hatched chicks, including counting, sexing, and boxing
  • Load and unload egg or chick trays as needed
  • Follow all safety and biosecurity protocols to prevent contamination

Qualifications:

  • Previous hatchery experience is preferred, but not required
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
