Night Parts Counter Sales Clerk | $19-21/hr

Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-10:00pm

Are you an automotive parts expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A trucking company in Sioux City is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Night Parts Counter Sales Clerk to join their team! In this role, you will be a vital link between their customers and the parts needed to keep their heavy-duty trucks and equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

•  Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with their truck parts needs.

• Use our parts catalog and inventory management system to accurately identify and locate the correct parts.

• Provide expert advice and technical assistance to customers and our service department.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter and showroom.

• Collaborate with the parts manager and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:  

• Previous experience in truck or heavy-duty equipment parts sales is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• The ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy environment.

• Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory and point-of-sale software.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
