OTR Truck Driver – HOME EVERY WEEKEND!

 .50 per mile plus drop pay!

Mon-Fri, Sat as needed, determined by workload and DOT hour requirements or Management.

A family-owned Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for a Truck Driver to join their team. As a Truck Driver, you will be driving diesel-powered tractor-trailer combinations, usually long distances, to transport and deliver manufactured products.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect truck equipment and supplies before and after trips, submit reports indicating conditions.
• Inspect loads to ensure it is secure before leaving the yard.
• Maintain driver log according to state and federal regulations.
• Communicate with Transportation Department Daily, call when arriving and leaving destinations.
• Ensure safe operating procedures are being followed at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• CDL with air brakes and clean driving record required.
• Previous over-the-road driving experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately complete required company paperwork and driver log books.th
• Ability to professionally communicate with customers, employees, and management.
• Serve as a positive example to other employees through proper compliance of company policies.
