Office Administrative Assistant $16-$18/hr DOE

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

A Law Firm in Spencer, Iowa is looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to provide administrative support tasks to the Attorney's. Must have 1 year office experience. Previous work in a legal office preferred, but not needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist Clients and Walk-Ins
• Draft letters
• File electronic documents
• Route mail
• Transcribe dictated documents
• Run daily errands & manage day to day tasks
• Screen calls
• Order office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1 year office experience and/or Previous work in a legal office preferred not needed
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency for word processing
• Interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $15-$18/hour DOE
• Paid Every Friday!
