Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

$18.00 to $22.00/hour DOE

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:00PM

A dock and hoist companny in the Iowa Great Lakes area is looking for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper, to join their team! This position works to provide a variety of of accounts payable dutiers as well as assisting with other office duties. This is a great opportunity to work with an established office in the Milford area! 

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices using Quickbooks
• Accounts Payable and receivable through Quickbooks
• Data entry
• Answer Phone
• Enter data using Excel Sheets

Requirements:

• Quickbooks experience preferred but will train the right person
• Must have some Bookkeeping and office experience
• Reliable and competent
• Proficiency in Excel
• April, May, September and October you will rotate Saturdays 8am-12pm

• $18-$22/hr DOE
