Operations Specialist

Responsibilities will include:

• Entering trades, processing invoices and other transactions for the department and client accounts.
• Reconciling statements, department cash, assets and accounts.
• Assisting with insurance, data entry, generating monthly reports, mailings, and assisting customers.

Requirements: 

• 4 year degree in accounting or related field or 2 - 3 years of related administrative type experience
• Strong communication and accounting skills
• High proficiency in Excel & other computer skills
• Personable, professional, detail-oriented, organized
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
