Packager | $16.50 per hour

Monday - Friday | 7am-03:30pm

Aventure Staffing is assisting a local fluid warehouse in hiring a Packager/Material Handler.  Candidates will assist in production, packaging, material handling and shipping process.  This position requires an individual to be flexible and able to crossed trained for most positions. Experience preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Assembly products by hand or with tools
• Boxing product and marking per customer specifications
• Using a pallet lift, forklift or by hand. Loading and unloading freight trucks, stocking shelves, stocking production area. 
• Preparing customer orders for freight or USP: includes reboxing, palletizing, weighting and completing paperwork by hand or computer program.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the manufacturing to shipping process
• Operate material handling equipment or tools
• Accuracy in identifying and counting parts for distribution and storage
• Work safely and communicate effectively with co-workers
• Able to read and write to complete Sales Orders
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Carry/lift and push/pull up to 20-50lbs. frequently
• Bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching frequently
