Warehouse worker l $18/hr. Starting Wage 

Mon-Fri  6a-4p with potential for Saturdays during the busy season

 A local feed manufacturing facility in the Sheldon, IA area is searching for a Pallet Loader / Warehouse Worker to join their growing team! This Warehouse worker will work both independently and on a team to get product out in a timely manner. Be a part of an industry that makes high-quality nutrition for animals of all types. 

 Pallet Loader / Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

• Make sure all feed is in the proper bag
• Watch all bags for proper weight
• Make sure all bags are sewn properly
• Make sure each pallet is loaded with the appropriate amount of bags
• Rotate floor sock using the FIFO (First In First Out) method
• Keep the bagging machine and bag storage area neat and clean
• Weigh incoming bulk ingredients and notify outloading crew of bulk to be outloaded

 To become a Pallet Loader / Warehouse Worker you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Fork truck operation
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication, verbal, written and math skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Thorough understanding of cGMP’s
• Knowledge of  HACCP Feed & Food Safety Plan
• Knowledge of FSMA
