Palmer Candy Production Worker | $14-$16

Full time hours on multiple shifts starting as early as 5am and starting as late as 5pm for second shift.     Monday-Thursday with some overtime on Fridays and Saturdays during busy season.  

Looking to hire for seasonal positions at Palmer Candy Production. Palmer Candy is a long term reputable company in the Sioux City area.  This position works on a team and individually to do various duties as packaging, sorting, and labeling candy. Responsibilities:

• Working on production line breaking apart bark and brittle
• Packing/re-packing product into specified amounts
• Inspecting product for quality
• Label packaged food items appropriately
• Monitor quality and quantity of food items
• Clean area to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work after given direction on own.
• Recent production experience
• Own transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs depending on job position
