Part Time Office Assistant – Pay based on experience

Mon-Fri, Flexible hours

Are you a people person? If so, this job is perfect for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a part-time office assistant to join their team. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and being a reliable team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones professionally by 8 AM and take accurate messages.
  • Perform standard office tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with customers and co-workers.
  • Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Previous office and QuickBooks experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, telephone etiquette, and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs and climb stairs.
