Part Time Office Assistant $16.00/hr 

Monday-Friday 8am-12:00pm M-F

Aventure Staffing is looking for a friendly and dependable Office Assistant to join a unique and hands-on business specializing in tractor restoration!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and being part of a small, down-to-earth team. No two days may look exactly the same, and you’ll get to work in an interesting environment surrounded by classic and restored tractors.

• Answering phones, manage voicemail, direct calls appropriately
• Greet people and help customers
• Run credit applications
• Enter receipts in computer database
• Pulling, packing & checking in parts
• Invoicing through Quicklbooks
• Other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Friendly, warm attitude
• Good communications skills
• Computer knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• HS Diploma/GED

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
