Parts Counter Person
$18hr + Commission
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm & E/O Saturday 7:30am-noon.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist retail, internal, and wholesale customers with parts sales and delivery in a friendly and courteous manner
- Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail customer in a timely manner
- Accurately price parts and accessories and make corresponding entries on customer documentation and the computer system
- Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
- Pull parts from stock and if not in stock, determine availability and relay to the customer
- Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
- Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
- Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Clean driving record.
- Management experience
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to lift 75lbs and team lift.
