Parts Phone Sales Rep
$18 - $22/hr Based on Experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Do you love helping people?  Are you focused on providing excellent customer service?   This is an opportunity to work for a family-owned business that has been in business for more than 60 years.  As a Parts Phone Sales Rep, you will work for a leading heavy-duty truck dealer in Sioux City, IA.  You will be responsible for determining replacement parts, educating, and updating customers, filling orders, and preparing estimates.  This job as a Parts Phone Sales Rep is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team centered and diverse environment.  If you would describe yourself as dependable and reliable with excellent relationship building and problem-solving skills, then we would love to consider this position.   

Responsibilities:

• Determine replacement parts, suggest substitutions or modifications
• Receive and fill part orders
• Prepare estimates
• Utilize computer or catalog for part numbers and pricing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Former experience in a similar position is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18 - $22/hour, based on experience
