Pick & Pack Associate

$19/Hr
Mon- Thu/5am-3pm

The Pick & Pack Associate is responsible for accurately picking products from shelves or storage areas, packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and correctly. This position is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

• Select items from the warehouse based on customer orders using handheld scanners, picking lists, or other systems.
• Ensure accuracy when selecting products, including verifying sizes, quantities, and product codes.
• Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, including the use of boxes, wrapping, and protective materials.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation is attached to each package.
• Assist in inventory checks, including restocking products on shelves and identifying low-stock items.
• Report discrepancies in stock or orders to supervisors.

• Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CNC or Powder Coat robotic paint experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $19.00/hour
• Paid every Friday
