We need a Food Manufacturing Plant Manager who will prioritize safety, engagement and quality above everything else. 

 

Our client, located in the Siouxland area, is seeking a Plant Bakery Manager for their Dynamic Team. They are the fastest growing company in the food industry.

What does this strategic role look like?

  • You are a people leader. As a strategic leader, you will develop, manage and execute all aspects of the business.

  • As a Leader who has 10+ Years of experience leading large teams, you will develop, maintain and continuously improve an established organization using your years of experience as a foundation for success.
  • Create and Deliver all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives for your team.
  • You must be comfortable working in a Union environment.

What must you bring to the position?

  • You must be a Servant Leader. This is not something you are willing to learn, it is a way of life that you have continuously utilized to navigate the business.
  • A Bachelor's Degree 
  • 7-10 Years of Large Team (400+) Leadership Experience in the Food, Beverage or Packaging industry
  • Demonstrated Experience navigating a Cultural Shift with specific strategic examples of successful change.
  • Courage to challenge status quo, lead & embrace change and decisions that drive progress.
  • P&L Experience including ensuring positive ROI, implementing effective cost-reduction initiatives, monitoring expenses and resource allocation and taking personal responsibility for end results.
  • Must be able to uphold the company's mission, vision, and values every day.
  • Must have strong self-confidence and leadership and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GMP's, OSHA Regulations/Standards; Audits: BRC/SQF
