Plant Superintendent

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm. On call rotation. Hours may increase during peak times or as needed

A local, expanding company is hiring a Plant Superintendent to join their growing team! This position will be responsible for the direct oversight of the facility including establishing strong operations, managing the team to success, and reaching company goals. This highly desired position will be a fantastic opportunity so apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of Shift Team Leaders 
• Perform performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to Shift Team Leaders
• Issue correction plans and provide counseling to employees
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Create and support Standard Operating Procedures
• Issue permits along with completing required logs and documentation for permit use

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of oilseed production or related experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
• AA, Bachelor's, or Technological degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead, guide, and train team members

Benefits & Pay:

• $110,000/year
