Process Operator 

$23.44/hr 

Rotating 12 hr shifts. 

Are you a self-starter, highly intuitive, and familiar with food safety? A prestigious company located in Norfolk, Ne is seeking Process Operators to join their team. As a Process Operator, you will be testing, responding, and assisting the crew with various jobs around the plant. It requires working rotating day and night shifts as well as 12 hours long. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot plant or equipment issues
• Assist maintenance as needed
• Perform samples and testing of the specific processes
• Respond to the data collected and keep timely/accurate logs 
• Monitor Fermentation data and report variations as needed
• Ability to critically think proactively and decisively
• Self starter and high initiative 
• Ability to perform basic sanitation functions  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma 
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications 
• Strong customer service 
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be in and adapt to all weather conditions
• Ability to handle heights, no signs of acrophobia 
• Lift 50lbs & push/pull 120 lbs
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Good attendance 
• Able to work 12hr shifts on days and nights
