Production | $19/hr 1st shift, $20/hr 2nd shift and $21/hr 3rd shift
Monday-Friday | 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm, 2nd shift 3pm-11am and 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am M-F, Saturdays as needed
Aventure Staffing is assisting a well-established Food Production facility in Milford, IA is hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Production.

Responsibilities:
- Works on Production line, according to procedures. May switch positions every two (2) hours and may be required to work other positions within the Production facility.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
- Maintain and follow GMP, ServSafe, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and companies standards in the work environment.
- Ability to learn, participate and become knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing practices, 6 Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
- General Labor
- Stack product on pallet.
- Ability to run the inserter.
- May start up and shut down operations for line.
- Set up and change over metal detection & box taper
- Machine Operator – simple/complex.
- Ability to utilize the box and bag maker.
- Ability to accurately operate the cheese sealer.
- Ability to operate pallet stacker, stacking 25-pound cases onto a pallet.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong independent worker
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up 50lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
