Job Title: Production Worker – 1st Shift
Location: Fairmont, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime on Friday as needed)
Pay: $14.65/hr + overtime opportunities
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable Production Worker to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe, organized workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble and package products according to guidelines
Monitor production to maintain consistent quality
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
Able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally noisy environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
