Shipping & Billing Clerk - Part Time | $15 per hour
Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-11:00am hours may differ on days
A local company is seeking an part time Shipping & Billing Clerk to join their team. Responsible for shipping orders, invoicing and entering bills. Must be able to work on
a computer and be detail oriented with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and be self motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Pull customer orders each morning and box up
- Ship daily orders between 8am-11am Monday - Friday
- Make invoices and charge customer credit cards
- Input company bills into QuickBooks
- Daily communication with sales, marketing and office staff
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management as required
Requirements:
- Consistently arrive on time with a good work ethic & be detail oriented
- Maintain a clean & safe work environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner Preferred/ willing to learn
- Knowledge of computer software QuickBooks
