Production Operator | Up to $21/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Our client, Corteva Agriscience in Algona, IA (formerly Pioneer), has immediate full-time openings for reliable team members! This is a long-term temp position assisting with production needs with a Sign-On bonus paid out to employees that stay on longer-term!

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the processing and packaging of seed corn
• Ensure quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain safety standards
• General housekeeping

Requirements:

• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Prior forklift experience preferred
• Familiar with computer usage
• Able to work well with others and follow direction
• Able to work independently
• Good attendance

Benefits & Pay:

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hr + shift differentials of $2-3 (Depending on shift)
• Paid every Friday!
