$19+/hr - Depending on Experience

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Are you looking for a hands-on role? We're hiring a Production Operator to join the team of a company that plays a critical role in the agriculture industry. In this position, you'll be responsible for washing plastic seed bins used by customers around the globe. This is a temporary position but a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a pneumatic powered conveyor line to wash large plastic seed bins.
• Perform visual quality checks to identify necessary repairs.
• Diagnose common equipment and product issues.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize safety and production.

Requirements:

• Prior production experience is a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to recognize colors.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work is in an industrial environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $19+/hr
