Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift / $70- 80k Depending on Experience
Mon - Fri, 1PM - 9 PM plus overtime as needed

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Responsibilities will include: 

  • Hands-On work & supervising 14 direct reports & assign crew members to daily duties
  • Perform all work activities safely to meet commitments related to operations
  • Assure compliance with all operating procedures & requirements using safe work practices 
  • Confer with management and recognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Work closely with and take direction from Production Lead
  • Perform activities in the tank farm, truck loading/unloading rack & rail loading/unloading area relating to gauging tanks, lining up tanks and performing intra-terminal product movements
  • Perform inventory reconciliation
  • Complete appropriate documentation, paperwork & input into ERP system

Requirements for Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift: 

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Valid Driver's license & ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card if needed
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office & aptitude for learning new programs
  • Clear & effective communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Good organizational skills & basic mathematical skills
  • MUST BE WILLING to work all shifts, overtime, weekend & holidays as needed & required
  • MUST BE ABLE to work outside up to 50% of shift
  • MUST BE ABLE to handle heights up to 50 feet on a platform
  • Ability to adjust to changing operating conditions
  • Ability to accept supervision/direction and work effectively & cooperatively with others
  • Training will be two one week sessions in Texas
