Production Technician | $18/hr. + $1/hr. Attendance Bonus!

1st : 6am-2:30pm - no shift premium
2nd: 2pm-10:30pm - $3/hr. shift premium
3rd: 10pm-6:30am -$1.50/hr. shift premium
Weekend: 6am-6:30pm (Saturday / Sunday) 6am-2:30m (Monday / Tuesday).

Aventure Staffing has an exciting opportunity for several Production Technicians to join the team at our client's soybean production facility in Jackson, MN! As a Production Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of operations and areas from the plant to the field as our activities vary through the agricultural season cycle. We welcome candidates with steady employment history who are eager to learn and grow from any industry background to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Participate in harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other relevant processes.
• Perform a variety of tasks associated with general plant, field and warehouse operations that evolve with each season throughout the year.
• Field activities such as scouting, inspection and managing logistics.
• Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads)
• Perform warehouse activities such as forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, and other duties associated.
• Various other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
• General Knowledge of agriculture practices
