 Production Technician

$18/hr. + $1/hr. Attendance Bonus!

1st Shift : 6am-2:30pm - no shift premium/2nd Shift: $18/HR Plus a $3 per hour shift premium/
3rd Shift: $18/HR Plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium

Aventure Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to join the team in Jackson, MN! If you are interested in agriculture and have a desire to learn and grow with a company, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform a variety of tasks associated with the general plant and warehouse operations.
  • Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.
  • Perform warehouse activities.
  • Drive forklift.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
  • General Knowledge of agriculture practices
