Production Technician 

$18.00/hr + $3/hr Shift Premium

1^st shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F/2^nd shift 2:15pm-12:45am M-Th

A local company in Jackson, MN is looking for employees to join their production/warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid work history and hands-on experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the facility

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues

• Follow warehouse procedures for inventory control and material movement

• Support shipping and receiving by moving product to designated areas

• Assist with staging materials for production and keeping work areas organized

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting

• Great work history 

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

• Previous experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse is a plus
