14.50/hr, Clean and Cool Temperature Environment, Earn Extra for Weekend Shift!

A local production company in Bancroft, IA is searching for dedicated, accountable and motivated candidates to join their team! This Production Worker position will assist in the transportation, sanitation and packaging of eggs and baby chicks. TThose who have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and are able to self-motivate are encouraged to apply!

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Clean chick baskets
• Move eggs through the hatching process
• Pick and package chicks
• Assemble boxes
• Maintain quality control
• May perform other duties as assigned

Production Worker Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
• Ability to push/pull/bend and stoop frequently
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hrs
• Ability to use repetitive motions and operate in a fast paced environment
• Ability to operate in different types of environments
• The willingness to self-motivate and be a team player
