This position will be part of an expanding team helping out in all areas of the production process. This includes working with raw product as it is prepared for the smokehouse to packaging the finished product for shipment and everything in-between. Candidates must be willing to learn all aspects of the production process as duties may change from day to day based on production needs. While previous production experience is preferred, those with a positive work ethic and strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
