Job Title: General Production Worker
Location: Norfolk, NE
Shift: 1st shift: Rotating Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2 days on / 2 days off
Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Summary
Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated General Production Worker. In this role, you will assist with the daily production, finishing, inspection, and packaging of high-quality digital print, custom books, albums, and commercial print products. This is an entry-level position offering steady full-time hours on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, collating, and laminating machinery).
- Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, alignment, and defects before packaging
- Stack, box, wrap, and label finished products accurately for shipping and distribution
- Supply raw materials (paper, adhesives, cover stock) to digital press and bindery lines to keep production moving smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to hit daily production targets.
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Attention to Detail: Strong visual inspection skills to spot minor flaws in printed books and media.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team environment.
