Duties Include:  No heights above 6 feet
 
Lifting - 50+ lbs, but do use appliance dollies and team lifts for over 50 lbs
 
  Light electrical
  Light Plumbing
  Painting
  Picking up Trash
  Clean Exterior of building
  Clean outside a/c units (not HVAC work)
  Snowblower duties in winter
