Quality Assurance Supervisor

Are you an experienced QA Technician with an eye for detail, who is looking to take the next step in your career? If so, this position is that next step!! A world-class supplier of custom machined products is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing all aspects of quality assurance functions for the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Work cooperatively with all employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure calibration of gages, receiving inspections, roving inspections, layouts, and final inspections in a timely manner.
• Participate in Planning of Product Realization activities, and Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations and responses.
• Coordinate annual internal audit program and maintain applicable QA files/records.
• Assist with creating a satisfactory working environment with other departments to perform quality inspections.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting and experience with ISO9001-2015 QMS requirements and implementation.
• Experience with CAD, understanding of GD&T practices preferred.
• Possess strong computer skills and understand basic programs and technology.
• Must have organizational, administrative, and leadership abilities.
• Possess strong oral, writing and listening skills; effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
