Job Title: Quality Control Assistant – Manufacturing
Shift: Mon–Thu, 6am–4:30pm
Location: Blue Earth, MN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Quality Control team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll inspect products, review blueprints, and help ensure our processes meet high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect and verify product quality
Review blueprints and identify issues
Support ISO functions, including audits and documentation
Collaborate with the production team to maintain standards
What We’re Looking For:
Welding experience (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus, but not required
