Railcar Thrower | $18.50

Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

 A local warehousing and transportation hub in Fairmont is looking for a Railcar Thrower to join their team!  This client provides temperature-controlled warehousing and transportation to food producers, restaurants, schools, and retail outlets.  They are proud to be an essential link in the food industry supply chain, helping to put food on table around the world.  The primary function of this role is to manually pack single products into multi-pack cartons for retail sales.  

Responsibilities:

• Lifting and throwing 20-50 lb. boxes continuously

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Aptitude for mathematics - add, subtract, multiply and divide

• Starting Pay: $18.50/hr. + Shift Differential
