Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional with previous hiring experience to join our team as a Recruiter in Sioux City, IA!
What we need… a great communicator who is self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Finding and recruiting candidates through various methods for our open positions
- Interviewing applicants via phone, data entry, resume help, emailing
- Work closely with internal staff to source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
- Regularly interact with both active and passive candidates
Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $17-$18/hr + Commission

Hours: Monday - Friday | Days - Somewhat flexible
Requirements of the Recruiter:
- Previous hiring experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
- Track record of being self-motivated in previous positions.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.
