Recruiter
$20/hour and up, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, Occasional OT and travel, some overnights is required)

Responsibilities:

• Develop/implement recruiting/hiring/talent acquisitions/strategies
• Conduct searches/review resumes/contact potential candidates
• Schedule/attend job fairs, meet with high schools and military to recruit personnel
• Assisting with marketing strategies
• Maintaining/creating tracking spreadsheets/collecting/analyzes data
• Performing reference checks/preparing/extending job offers
• Maintaining confidential and accurate records

Requirements:

• AA Degree Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet insurability requirements
• Ability and eagerness to travel frequently (some overnights)
• Efficient computer skills – MS Office and various recruiting platforms
• General understanding of related employment laws/guidelines

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20/hour and up, based on experience
