Monday – Friday, Day Shift
SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join their team! This role demands a passion for talent acquisition and a willingness to travel extensively to source top-tier candidates and build strong relationships across multiple locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department leaders to meet company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and adjust policies as needed.
- Source candidates and manage job postings
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with HR and hiring managers.
- Assist in job offers, including salary negotiations and presenting offers.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS, prepare recruiting reports and monitor market trends.
- Communicate updates to hiring managers
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events
- Build partnerships with local schools and other agencies for recruiting purposes
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field preferred.
- 3 years recruiting and/or HR experience
- Ability to travel frequently with occasional overnight stays
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft® Office Suite
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s insurability requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour + depending on experience
