Recruiting Specialist
$20/hour and up, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be traveling to multiple locations (usually back the same day, overnights on occasion) in IA, NE, and SD meeting with individuals matching them to career opportunity with the company. Responsibilities:
Develop/implement recruiting/hiring/talent acquisitions/strategies
Conduct searches/review resumes/contact potential candidates
Schedule/attend job fairs, meet with high schools and military to recruit personnel
Assisting with marketing strategies
Maintaining/creating tracking spreadsheets/collecting/analyzes data
Performing reference checks/preparing/extending job offers
Maintaining confidential and accurate records
Requirements:
AA Degree Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
3 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet insurability requirements
Ability and eagerness to travel frequently (usually back the same day, overnights on occasion)
Efficient computer skills – MS Office and various recruiting platforms
General understanding of related employment laws/guidelines
Compensation and Benefits:
$20/hour and up, based on experience
