Recruiting Specialist
$22 - $28/hour, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be traveling (during working hours in a company vehicle with an occasional overnight) to locations in IA, NE, and SD visiting with individuals matching them to career opportunities with the company. Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement recruiting/hiring/talent acquisitions/strategies
- Conduct searches/review resumes/contact potential candidates
- Schedule/attend job fairs, meet with high schools and military to recruit personnel
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve hiring process challenges
- Maintaining/creating tracking spreadsheets/collecting/analyzing data
- Performing reference checks/preparing/extending job offers
- Maintaining confidential and accurate records
Requirements:
- AA Degree Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Communication, or related filed is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet insurability requirements
- Ability to travel when required (during working hours in a company vehicle with an occasional overnight)
- Efficient computer skills – MS Office and various recruiting platforms
- General understanding of related employment laws/guidelines
Compensation and Benefits:
- $22 -$28/hour, based on experience
