Restaurant Supervisor | $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Mon-Fri 3pm – 11pm

Are you a leader who is experienced in the restaurant industry? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, this position is for you!! An established catering company in the Sioux Center, IA area is hiring a full-time Supervisor to join their growing team! As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the retail dining operation, work to ensure that each customer leaves with a smile on their face, and that you meeting and/or exceeding expectations. If you are enthusiastic about leading a great group of employees and serving the community, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Train, schedule and supervise all staff.
• Maintain an organized system of retail record keeping.
• Estimate and forecast food consumption, monitoring production volumes, and adjusting as needed.
• Maintain established food presentation and safety standards.
• Maintain good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, additional training or experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification and previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to operate computers and registers.
• Ability to effectively lead employees in a positive, professional manner.

Benefits & Pay:

• $17.00 – $19.00/hr. + DOE
• Paid every Friday.
