Retail Supervisor | $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
Mon-Fri 3pm – 11pm
Are you passionate about providing customers with top-notch products and exceptional service? If so, this position is for you!! An established catering company in the Sioux Center, IA area is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join their growing team! As the Retail Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading our retail dining services operations.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance.
- Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Maintain an organized system of retail record keeping.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, additional training or experience preferred.
- ServSafe Certification and Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Ability to operate computers and registers.
- Ability to effectively lead employees in a positive, professional manner.
Benefits & Pay:
- $17.00 – $19.00/hr. + DOE
