Robotics/CNC Technician | $22.25-$30.43 per hour DOE

Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm

Aventure Staffing is currently seeking to fill Robotic Technician positions for a well established manufacturing company in Estherville, IA!  Prior experience preferred.  Must be self-motivated, responsible and willing to work safe and smart!  Applicants must have the ability to read blueprints, ability to read precision measurement equipment, and the ability to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and understands manufacturing orders. Must be able or willing to learn Visibar and fourth shift. 
• Enter data on a MO at the end of the shift or when MO is complete
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Sets up and operates machine from a set up sheet and keep sheets up to date
• Operates controls to activate machine and observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
• Measures work piece defects to determine specifications from print and document findings
• Performs minor machine maintenance such as, oiling machines, dies or work pieces
• Assists in the set up of machines and stacks, marks or packs finished work pieces
• Other duties as assigned by the production lead

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Robotic experience preferred
• Mathematical skills
• Applied knowledge of controls and instrumentation
• Applied knowledge and ability to read blueprints and assemble parts according to specification
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality
• Applied knowledge of hand and power tools
