Job Description

Sales/Accounting/Admin Support
Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P (or 4:30 PM)

Looking for a solid admin support with sales and accounting experience for a local client that is an established company with a large catalog of products.  Customer service is key to their success along with caring about their employees.   

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Answering multi-line phone 
  • Sales support 
  • Generating sales quotes
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Tracking customer payments
  • Process employee payroll
  • Ensuring financial accuracy & compliance

Requirements: 

  • Solid job tenure
  • Previous customer service, sales support, accounting, payroll & A/R experience
  • Personable & professional, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, accurate
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Desire to help where needed & eager to learn new things
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office/Excel
