Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional with previous sales experience to join our team as a Sales Coordinator in Sioux City, IA!
What we need… a great communicator who is self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently.
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Seek out and conduct research on potential clients
- Cold calling potential clients
- Coordinate meetings between internal staff and clients
- Assist with documentation and compliance efforts
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Understand and assist with Branch planning
- Attend networking events and community activities as needed
- Starting Pay: $20/hr + Commission

Hours: Monday - Friday | Days
Requirements of the Sales Coordinator:
- Previous sales experience - preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
- Strong organization and follow through.
- Track record of ability to work autonomously and self-motivated to deliver results.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.
