Senior People Operations Partner
Salary $75k+ DOE
We have partnered with our client, a dynamic leader in large-scale operations, seeking a Senior People Operations Partner. This isn’t just an HR role—it’s a strategic coaching position. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors in the field, providing the guidance and frameworks necessary to elevate leadership performance and foster a high-engagement environment.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all federal and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with leaders regarding talent management
- Manage, nurture and act as the main liaison for stakeholders
- Resolve workplace situations
- Guide management teams through organizational change and workplace planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- HR experience preferred
- Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding strategic organizational shifts.
- Conflict resolution facilitator
- Data driven decision maker
- Experience in food production industry preferred
