Service Repair Manager

Looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Repair Manager for an established client with a solid reputation for expert engineering and premium performance of their trailers.  This position will be overseeing the quality and consistency of all repair work performed along with scheduling and coordinating personnel and activities in the service repair department. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Check trailer before releasing to customer
• Troubleshoot 
• Ensure correct parts are ordered and work is completed on time
• Assist Branch Manager as needed
• Responsible for keeping accurate records
• Monitor repair volumes without sacrificing quality

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of previous trailer service repair & supervisory experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task & think outside the box
• Able to meet deadlines and work in stressful environment
• Valid Driver's License and clear driving record
• Proficient with computer
• Service-oriented & enjoys working hands-on to help as needed
