Service Technician       $17-$20/hr. DOE Starting pay, Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm, Saturday 8am-12pm

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Service Technician for a local company in Norfolk, Ne. As a service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical repair and service work within the facility. Diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, work with hand tools, and able to accomplish all tasks individually. You will work independently and with a small crew within a family owned business that's been in business for over 30 years!

 Responsibilities:

• Performing scheduled trailer basic preventative maintenance.
• Installing wheel assemblies and tires.
• Completing other basic electrical and trailer repairs.
• Diagnosing and performing repairs on basic trailer tracking system (RCOM).
• Maintain maintenance reference manual to include job codes, standard operating procedures, and service bulletins issued by CRST.
• Operate basic shop tools to include welders, torches, impact wrenches, band saw, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment as assigned.

Requirements:                                                                                                         

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Provide own basic tools, such as screwdriver, pliers, hammer, wire cutters, etc.
• Mechanical skills/Construction Skills/Handyman Skills (preferred but not required).
• Own your own basic tools.
