Customer Service Technician

Are you a skilled Service Technician who is looking to grow your skills? If so, this job is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will take customer's service bodies that are older and need a little TLC, were in a wreck, or need to be mounted on a different chassis and return them to the customer in a state that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged service bodies.
• Refurbish service bodies.
• Prepare chassis for service body mounting.
• Dismount and remount service bodies.
• Weld and build fixtures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous welding experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50lbs.
